This blog entry was initially going to be published without any prior introduction. However, last night, when it was very late, a Beautiful Star made its presence known. The Brightest of All Stars… In the darkness of night, a small glimmer of that light she emits shimmered. And that little glimmer powerfully caught my attention, because since the day I crossed paths with her, she has always carried enough light and strength to resonate wherever she goes.

Many months ago, the first time I showed her these lines of prose sprinkled with poetry, she told me:

‘The most important thing, Roberto, is to never feel like a stranger in your own life.’

And since then, I heed her and that beautiful light she emits. And today, as a token of gratitude and reciprocity, I want to give back part or all of the light she needs in these days…

To Isabella Ciampi

The worst of all is not loneliness, nor absences, nor even silence. The worst of all is realizing that you are an intruder. That you always were and always will be. You are an intruder in this world. An intruder in the lives of others.

Realize that you have an essence full of love. An essence meant only to give. Understand that this is what you are; this is what we are, Light and Love.

But it is of no use, because you are nothing more than an intruder, just an intruder filled with love. An intruder in the customs of the people. An intruder in someone else’s life.

An intruder, yes. But full of love. And perhaps one day, this will be enough.
